    Day Rate: Up to £400.00 dependant on experience
     
    Software Tester Requirements:

    • Degree in maths/science/software/electronics (or equivalent qualification)
    • Experience programming and scripting
    • Good understanding of software test methods and software debugging
    Desired is:
    • Knowledge of the Wlan on air protocol
    • Experience with version control, continuous integration and issue tracking tools
    • Experience with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi)
    • Linux and networking knowledge
    • Experience in Certification Testing in either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
     
    Software Tester Responsibilities:
    • Plan and execute test campaigns
    • Develop, test and maintain software test scripts.
    • Configure and maintain software test equipment and systems
    • Create and maintain supporting documentation
    • Triage issues and raise defect reports
    • Provide logs and other relevant data to support debugging.
    • Contribute to test improvement initiatives
