Internal Talent Recruitment Consultant - London

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission + benefits. OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Location: London 

Role purpose

To support Empiric’s growth plan of growing headcount by 100 into multiple specialist practices and geographies within 3 years. To position Empiric as the most exciting, diverse and inclusive recruitment environment to achieve sales success and build a career with.

Reporting in to Head of People & Talent, the role is within Internal Talent which is part of Empiric’s People & Talent department.

The internal talent team mission is to be the number 1 source and go to for Empiric Hiring Managers for achieving headcount targets and making quality hires defined by Empiric’s Hiring Strategy.

Key Role Outputs

  • 3 -5 new starters per month in key hiring months and to build talent pipeline out of the key hiring months 
  • Generate 10 new Candidate Interviews per week 
  • Identify and maintain knowledge of 10 key breeding grounds of future talent
  • Identify and attend 3 careers events per quarter (schools, universities and external events) 
  • Weekly marketing activity through Social Media and Empiric.com to sustain awareness of Empiric’s Employee Value Proposition – EmPact  
  • Delivery of Internal Talent Projects to improve candidate attraction, talent hiring and retention of talent.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key hiring stakeholders; Directors and Hiring Managers
  • Recruit using a blend of recruiting activities including: Job Boards, Advertising, Headhunting, Referral and proactive talent mapping
  • Target talent pools aligned to Empiric’s Hiring Strategy
  • Represent Empiric at careers affairs 
  • Manage Empiric employee referral programme
  • Work with Marketing to create content to attract future talent, manage inbound candidate leads and maintain Empiric’s careers web pages
  • Manage an end to end positive candidate experience 
  • Provide interview feedback to candidates
  • Recruit on an adhoc basis for Business Services vacancies
  • Assist with engaging Rec to Recs where applicable 
  • Produce reports and data for showing internal hiring performance aligned to growth and hiring strategy
  • Use interview/assessment process to validate hiring criteria
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding 
  • Ensure all new hires complete induction and on boarding processes
  • Use Salesforce and other recruitment, employee tools to manage end to end recruitment and on boarding processes
  • Report to Head of People and Talent and Hiring Managers on status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
