Head of Electrical Engineering

South Germany - Head of Electrical Engineering - Hybrid | Permanent

I'm working with a leading renewable energy company expanding its technical leadership team. They’re looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering to lead electrical planning, grid connection, and commissioning for major solar, wind, battery storage, and EV infrastructure projects.

You’ll manage a skilled team across LV/MV/HV systems and drive technical excellence, process improvement, and compliance across all energy projects.
