Mobile Engineer (Flutter/Dart) – Budapest

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer to join a dynamic and growing technology team based in Budapest. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a product-focused environment, delivering end-to-end features that have a real impact on users around the world.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of mobile applications and APIs that support critical services used by a global user base. The main mobile app helps users manage key aspects of their journey—from documentation and travel prep to scheduling and real-time updates.

Working closely with Lead Engineers and Engineering Managers, you'll contribute to a modern, serverless architecture, helping evolve a scalable and maintainable ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications;

• Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework
• Hands-on experience with Firebase
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Strong object-oriented design (OOD) and software engineering best practices
• Solid understanding of design patterns and enterprise integration paradigms
• Familiarity with software engineering principles such as Clean Code, Refactoring, Domain-Driven Design, and SOLID

Nice to Have

• Experience or willingness to learn C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Familiarity with AWS services
• Experience working with PostgreSQL in an RDS environment
• Exposure to React or other front-end frameworks
• Background in other mobile development languages or frameworks
• Passion for mentoring and teaching others in new technologies
