ServiceNow Architect

Location: Remote with occasional onsite work in Austria

Language Requirements:Fluent German & English

Allocation: Full-time, long-term engagement

Role Summary: Acts as the overarching architect and delivery coordinator across all ServiceNow workstreams. Responsible for ensuring the solution design is aligned with business needs and platform best practices. Coordinates all delivery streams, manages internal and external communication, and oversees roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the platform lead for architecture, delivery governance, and workstream integration
• Maintain the end-to-end roadmap (initiatives, epics, deliverables) in alignment with client priorities
• Act as the main escalation and decision-making point between technical and business stakeholders
• Guide Agile planning and sprint orchestration in coordination with developers and architects
• Ensure cross-module data models (ITSM, ITOM, SPM) are aligned for ecosystem-wide integration
• Drive quality assurance and scope validation for all delivery teams

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and program management
• Proven track record coordinating large-scale ServiceNow projects with multiple workstreams
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
• Master Architect certificate is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (mandatory), strong English
