SAP ABAP Developer - Long Term Contarct

This role focuses on delivering high-quality SAP solutions to support business processes. You will develop and maintain RICEFW objects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality. Your work will drive efficient system enhancements, contributing to organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RICEFW objects using SAP ABAP and OData, ensuring alignment with sprint and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and create detailed specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving defects promptly.
• Perform code reviews and quality checks, adhering to company processes and standards.
• Document technical specifications and support go-live activities, including knowledge transfer.
• Provide accurate effort estimations and status updates to project teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP) development.
• Experience in SAP OData and Enhancement Framework.
• Strong knowledge of RICEFW object development and testing.
• Familiarity with ATC, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS, AMDP, or RESTful architecture.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
