NetSuite Implementation Lead – Permanent Role | Mons, Belgium (On-site)

We’re representing a fast-growing international organisation at the forefront of digital transformation in the industrial sector. As they expand their ERP systems across global subsidiaries, they’re looking to bring on a NetSuite Implementation Lead to manage and deliver key initiatives.

This is a permanent opportunity to take ownership of critical NetSuite projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimise processes across finance and operations. The role is based on-site in Mons (4–5 days per week) and offers real influence in shaping the company’s digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP projects, including implementation, optimisation, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Partner with teams across finance, operations, and sales to align ERP systems with evolving business needs
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet project objectives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Deliver user training and maintain thorough documentation
• Contribute to continuous system and process improvements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, either directly or through a consulting partner
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting workflows; additional experience with ERP modules such as logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing is ideal
• Good working knowledge of NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce); SuiteScript knowledge is a plus
• Experience in international finance environments is a strong advantage
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English (required); French is a plus but not essential
• Able to work on-site in Mons 4–5 days per week
• Immediate availability preferred
