At Empiric, we are currently partnering with a top-tier enterprise in the Benelux to secure a dedicated SAP Payroll Specialist focused on Belgian payroll. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support for SAP PY-BE (Belgian Payroll) and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Partnering closely with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to translate complex Belgian labor regulations and tax legal updates into seamless SAP solutions.
• Designing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and integration points with Time Management/PA/OM.
• Serving as the subject matter expert during key payroll runs, tax reporting, and year-end procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in configuring and supporting SAP Payroll for Belgium (PY-BE).
• Strong operational knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation, tax requirements, and social security rules (ONSS/RSZ).
• Experience with schemas, rules, wage types, and integration with SuccessFactors / Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.
• Business fluency in English, paired with strong Dutch or French (bilingual Dutch/French is a huge advantage).
• Must be based in Belgium or hold full EU working rights with availability for occasional onsite collaboration.
